How to Clear Cache on Mac Safely (Without Breaking Apps)

If your Mac feels “full” even though you didn’t install anything, it’s usually cache. The trick is to clear the stuff that can regenerate—without poking system folders you shouldn’t touch.

1) Clear browser cache (quick win)

Safari:

  • Safari → Settings → Advanced → enable “Show features for web developers”
